Terms and Conditions

Any cancelled bookings up to 30 days from check-in are eligible for a full refund.

i.e., If today’s date is April 20, 2024 and you booked your stay for check-in June 30, 24. You can receive a full refund through 11:59pm ET on May 30, 2024.

Cancellations 29- 15 days from check-in are eligible for a partial refund (50% minus booking fees)

i.e., Today’s date is April 20,2024 and you booked to check-in June 30, 2024 - You are eligible to receive a partial refund until 11:49pm ET on June 14, 2024.

Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are ineligible for refund.

We understand that extenuating circumstances, and emergencies can occur, please feel free to reach out and discuss with management.

Cancellation Policy on Last Minute Bookings:

If you score a “last minute booking” directly through our website and have to cancel - you are eligible for a voucher off your next-stay for 50% of the total cost of the booking (minus your first night’s stay, booking & cleaning fees)

*Cleaning fee $95 for single room, and $115 for a double room
